Therapy programs are specific, structured treatment plans focused on specific psychoeducation, evaluations, skills-building, and interventions. Please read the descriptions below for a brief explanation of each. An intake session for each program can be requested by clicking the "Request an Appointment" button at the top and bottom of our website.
The following Programs include:
- Six (6) sessions, not including the intake session.
- Sessions are scheduled every two weeks on the same day and time based on availability. (Changing the frequency to weekly may be discussed during intake depending on circumstances and availability)
- The final session is a review of the content and a discussion of the next steps.

- Accommodations, when done correctly, assist with building skills and establishing independence. Understand the benefits of having and process of requesting accommodations in school, college, and at work. (Parents and Adults)

- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) focuses on teaching specific skills that are practical and tangible for individuals with ADHD and ASD. (16 years through Adulthood or Parents)

- Individual or Family Sessions for children, teens, and adults with a Client-Centered approach based on the client’s specific goals for therapy.
Learning to Cope with Anxiety, Worry, Negative Thoughts, or Rituals
- A Client-Centered approach is used to identify and then focus on reducing specific anxieties, worries, distressing thoughts, or behaviors. (Individual or Family Sessions for any age)
Shine Bright Like A Diamond - Humans Are Multi-Faceted Beings
- Education and skills building to understand the complex nature of oneself as mind, body, emotions, experiences, and spirit, using Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a framework. (19 years and older)
